Pricing

  • Farm kills will only be accepted January 1 - July 1

  • Due to domestic product volume between July - December, sausage orders will not be available during this time.

  • All orders are subject to $1/basket fee after 7 days of order completion notification.

  • Charges are by hot weight

 

As of April 1, 2026: 

  • Farmers will be charged a non-refundable deposit at time of scheduling. Beef: $200/ea, Hogs: $150/ea, Lambs, Goats, Rams: $100/ea.

  • Farmers will be charged repair fees for animals that cause damage to our pens. 

  • Farmers will be asked to pick up uncooperative animals if our mobile slaughter services are unavailable. 

  • Smoked Fish is no longer available due to ODA restrictions and the final packaging did not meet our standards and not enough fish coming in to do a full batch in a reasonable time.

Please Note: Production of smoked products starts the first week of January by date brought in, earliest to latest (Archery, deer, elk, etc.) On average, we produce 1,200 lbs - 1,500 lbs of sausage per week. The last week of game sausage will coincide with the last cow hunt at the end of March. That load will be done by the end of the first week in April. All orders brought in after April 1 will be stored in our freezers until the beginning of the following year.
